Senior Relationship Manager European Corporates. recruitment
Candidates will be senior Corporate Bankers with extensive experience of developing and maintain successful business relationships with leading UK and European Corporate clients.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Actively marketing and management of a portfolio of UK and European based corporate clients to establish and develop new and profitable client relationships.
- Identify and meet with potential new clients and develop associated marketing strategies in order to maximise the banks coverage of specific corporate sectors.
- Having responsibility for being the Banks principal contact with portfolio of Industry specific Corporate Clients.
- Network with other market participants to obtain invites into new transactions.
- Preparation of indicative proposals, plus negotiation of subsequent term sheets and documentation.
- Liaison with all Back Office teams so to ensure satisfaction of all internal operational / KYC requirements necessary to book new loan transactions.
- Attend client meetings, results presentations, bank meetings etc., including the ongoing feedback of gained information to all interested parties.
Skills / experience required:
- Extensive experience of the UK and European Corpoates.
- Proven experience of marketing banking products and services to corporate clients.
- High degree of familiarity with the international financial markets.
- European languages would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Strong credit background and good negotiation skills.
