Senior Relationship Manager – GRG Customer Relations Unit recruitment

GRG is at the leading edge of a wider rescue culture and is a major contributor to the bottom line of the RBS Group. We work closely with stressed trading businesses to restructure their debt and help restore them to health. GRG also has a major role to play in reducing the Group’s non-core property exposures and re-building the strength of the UBG Balance sheet.
In this role you will contribute to GRG’s overall success and be recognised as the leading edge of a wider rescue culture (and a major contributor to the Group’s bottom line) and provide direct management of a portfolio of complex customer relationships.
To succeed, you will need to demonstrate:
- Proficient insolvency/debt recovery/credit control/corporate lending skills
- Working knowledge of insolvency law and enforcement of security
- Able to propose and implement strategies for resolving cases / sound problem solving skills
- Experience of presenting robust commercial arguments and ideally of working with a variety of deal structures and legal vehicles
- Good economic and sectoral knowledge including knowledge of business issues both internal external
- Understanding of the Irish Property Market
