Senior Relationship Manager – GRG Recoveries recruitment

GRG is at the leading edge of a wider rescue culture and is a major contributor to the bottom line of the RBS Group. We work closely with stressed trading businesses to restructure their debt and help restore them to health. GRG also has a major role to play in reducing the Group’s non-core property exposures and re-building the strength of the UBG Balance sheet.
In this role you will contribute to GRG’s overall success and be recognised as the leading edge of a wider rescue culture (and a major contributor to the Group’s bottom line) and provide direct management of a portfolio of complex customer relationships, achieve and exceed GRG de-leveraging restructuring targets through expedient alternative strategy identification, sanction and execution and create strong relationships that ensure customer retention post Return to Satisfactory.
To succeed, you will need to demonstrate:
- At least 5 years banking experience in a relationship management and / or credit environment with demonstrated business / financial acumen
- Strong market knowledge, awareness of GRG’s/Ulster Banks appetite and clear understanding of the wider issues surrounding impaired relationships
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with experience in dealing with a wide range of people in a business environment
