Senior relationship manager (m/f) recruitment
IWI International Wealth Insurer is a Luxembourg insurance company created in 1992 and specialised in Wealth Insurance solutions for a wealthy international clientele. Focussed on the elaboration of tailor-made solutions and service to partners, IWI relies on know-how and expertise to provide lasting solutions to its clients.
The IWI offering is aimed at asset management and wealth structuring professionals in Luxembourg, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Germany and Italy.
In order to support IWI’s commercial development, we are searching for several experienced Senior Relationship Managers for our Luxembourg and International Sales Teams.
For the Luxembourg Team, we are strengthening the team with the recruitment of:
- A Flemmish-speaking Senior Relationship Manager to develop sales for our new solutions aimed at Belgian residents
- A Senior Relationship Manager to develop sales for our solutions aimed at French residents and expatriates
For the International Sales Team, with a focus on distribution partner acquisition, we are recruiting 3 Senior Relationship Managers:
- Market Switzerland: you will be based in Switzerland
- Market France: you will be based in France
- Market Italy: you will be based in Italy
Mission
- Acquire new distribution channels
- Become the preferred contact person for our distribution partners, for both standard and complex client/partner queries related to life insurance solutions, ensuring a constant proactive approach towards our partners;
- Achieve our sales targets per market and per distribution partner;
- Detect opportunities to increase and improve our range of services and share of distributor;
- Regularly evaluate and report on the satisfaction level with our main distributors;
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of the general tax and legal framework for our products and services, specifically for the market(s)/partners you will be responsible for.
Profile required
- University degree in economics, finance or law (or equivalent);
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the financial sector in the life insurance or private banking industries;
- Good understanding of unit-linked life insurance products and processes will be considered a plus;
- Fluency in English and French are a must, as well as a third European language – German, Luxembourgish and/or Italian;
- Initiative, creativity and open-mindedness;
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently;
- Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills will allow you to cope with tight deadlines and demanding business partners;
- Client driven and results oriented, with strong negotiation skills;
- Robust commercial attitude, client focused and positive, enthusiastic approach.
