As a Senior Relationship Manager, Commercial Broker you will generate new business within the Commercial Broker market from your existing client portfolio, whilst attracting new customers through developing a strong referral network and executing cross sell strategies. Through superior relationship management, and a thorough understanding of Commercial Broker's, their clients and the broader Business Banking Industry, you will grow your portfolio including growing revenue, deposits and share of wallet.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Substantial Banking/Finance experience with an emphasis on Business Banking
- Proven success in managing and developing a portfolio of commercial brokers
- Superior relationship management skills and a demonstrated ability to originate new customers
- Strong understanding of financial statements and credit assessment skills incorporating a background of sound business lending
- Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Commerce, Business, Accounting or Economics
