Senior Release Management Analyst recruitment
A leading Investment Bank is seeking a Senior Release Management Analyst to join their team to provide a senior position and to act as deputy to the Release Management Team Leader.
The role will involve carrying out the day to day duties of any member of the Release Management team, namely to manage changes through the controlled environments with the aim of successful Production implementation. Additionally, the role also provides the opportunity to lead implementation of improvements to processes and practices.
The roles primary focus will be on software changes, however it would be expected that the role work closely with counterpart role introducing Infrastructure changes in to the team's service portfolio. The role will be deputy to the Team Leader and to carry our Team Leader activities in the Team Leader's
absence.
As the senior member of the Release Management team you must have experience with
- Release Management
- promotion of release packages through controlled environments.
- It is essential you have Scripting knowledge
- SVN
- Process development and definition experience.
