RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with cross functional teams to develop reliability qualification plans for new products.
- Perform 1st level failure analysis for reliability failures.
- Key participant in cross functional teams to root cause and provide corrective action on all of our products.
- Perform DOE and/or mathematical analysis to improve the quality of product and effectiveness of the reliability stresses
- Use analysis to resolve reliability issues related to products. Present findings to cross functional teams.
- Participate in assessment of reliability test requirements required to release non-conforming materials.
- Calculate/predict failure rates using industry standard reliability models.
- Continuous improvement of our reliability database. Maintain accurate data.
- Create and present clear and complete reliability qualification reports.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands on experience in semiconductor reliability stress tests.
- Familiar with CMOS I/O structures and ESD protection circuits.
- Familiar with fab-less business model.
- Good technical background in wafer fab processes and device physics.
- Good technical background in flip chip BGA packaging process.
- Knowledge of ATE testing and platforms.
- Familiar with reliability statistics, reliability models, failure analysis techniques and industry standards (JEDEC, IPC, MIL).
- Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor reliability.
- BS or higher degree in EE, Physics, Material Sciences or equivalent.
