Repairs Scheduler - Newbury, Berkshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Repairs Scheduler to work in a busy Property team on an ongoing contract basis. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for social housing tenants looking to register any reactive maintenance repair requirements to their homes.
We are looking for hard working, customer focused and team driven applicants for this post. Excellent communication skills are a must as well as a good standard of IT literacy. Candidates will preferably be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of repairs, property or maintenance issues.
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Free parking available. Interviews will take place week commencing 14th October.
