In Ireland we have a requirement for an equity analyst within the Research department,
Your responsibilities will include:
responsible for stocks assigned to them by the Head of Research. This role envisages model creation and maintenance, thematic research and client marketing.
rolling out coverage to additional stocks if deemed commercial in order to promote the franchise, as agreed between the analyst and the head of research.
Have input into department wide initiatives.
Analysis of financial accounts and market trends
Analysis of industry and company strategies and trends
Interaction with management and engagement with Corporate Broking where company brokerships are involved or potential new corporate brokerships.
Care and maintenance and thematic stock/sector research
Production and marketing of reports with institutional clients
Promotion of sector and stock calls internally with Sales Desk Trading. And into Private Clients to a lesser extent.
If you have several years of relevant sector experience (e.g. buy / sell-side analyst or directly in the industry), have detailed market and company knowledge in your core discipline and have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and good client communication and presentation skills please apply stating your current remuneration package, notice period and expectations
