Senior Research Analyst recruitment

Our clients are the largest and most prestigious banks, brokers, technology firms and intermediaries throughout the world.
We help trading firms (and those supporting them) to maximize the value of their client franchises through a variety of research and analysis methodologies.
We deliver excellent analytical tools and advice to our demanding clients in a timely and innovative manner.
We deliver actionable, insightful analysis and our advice is always direct and opinionated.
To assist us with the growth of our business we are looking to hire a senior research analyst with potential for client-facing consulting and management roles.
In this role, you will:
- Take ownership of the delivery of specific research and consulting projects to our clients.
- Ensure those projects are completed on time and to quality
- Manage and deliver research projects including; business plans, white papers, revenue models, client research, competitor analysis, market sizing, account planning, benchmarking KPI’s
- Provide quantitative and qualitative research and data analytics
- Provide client liaison throughout project lifecycle
- Prepare and deliver client presentations
- Demonstrate potential, in due course, to assume line management of a supporting team, which would require you to:
o Provide quality control of the team’s output;
o Drive constant improvement of the quality standards;
o Motivate and coach the staff.

We are looking for an ambitious person, degree-educated, well focused, self-motivated and able to motivate others. You will have high energy because this is not a 9-5 job, but one that is tied to the completion of client assignments. At the same time we need a well organized individual with a passion for quality and a high attention to detail.
You must have a right to work in the UK.
This is an immediate opportunity, and we welcome applications from candidates from outside our sector, although, a background in finance would be preferable. You must have a proven track record of team management as well as project execution and delivery.
