Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Research Associate to join our U.S. Large-Cap Banks team in our New York office. As a Senior Research Associate, you will acquire expertise in your industry sector as well as learn the most rigorous level of fundamental company and financial analysis. You will contribute to our written product, build complex financial models, and interact with company managements as well as sales, trading, and institutional clients. Our U.S. Large-Cap Banks team is only three professionals, and you will have a high level of responsibility and be empowered to make an important contribution. We make a strong commitment to Associate development, and give you opportunities to rapidly gain visibility and incremental responsibility. Job Qualifications
Our Senior Research Associates typically have track records of outstanding academic and/or professional performance, excellent analytical and financial skills, relentless intellectual curiosity and a drive to excel at the highest level. Candidates may have prior experience in management consulting, finance or a related field. We look for stellar intellectual and academic credentials, including honors and awards, and test scores and grades in the 90th percentile and above. Candidates for Senior Research Associate positions typically have MBAs from top business schools, advanced degrees in finance, law or engineering, or credentials such as the CFA and CPA. The ideal candidate should be a consummate team player who seeks a highly rigorous and challenging environment for his/her career development.
