Senior Researcher/Resourcer - Financial Services
My clients are an up and coming search and recruitment consultancy specialising in financial recruitment. They are currently recruiting for a senior researcher or senior resourcer to join the team. You must be a highly experienced Resourcer with a background of financial recruitment and experience of managing others. A Resourcer with an additional language, preferably German would be highly desirable. It is essential that you possess excellent sector knowledge and can hit the ground running to provide support in this busy environment. You will be capable of a 180 role and will not be expected to fill the full recruitment cycle. A confident communicator, you will be able to converse with clients and candidates on various levels and will keep your cool when working under pressure. You will be enthusiastic about your role and a hard worker with excellent personal management skills. You will be an outgoing individual who strives for success and who would like to climb the career ladder within a reputable company. The successful applicant will receive a good salary and bespoke commission structure.
