Senior Restructuring Executive
Patriarch Partners, LLC is a New York based Private Equity firm with exclusive focus on distressed and turnaround investments.
We are seeking an experienced finance professional at the director or managing director level. We will consider both buy and sell side candidates as long as the candidate has had some exposure to commercial asset based lending over their 15+ year career. Moreover the successful candidate will have exceptional modeling skills with an ability to understand a business, its drivers, and the general operating model at its most granular level.
- Manage the lending and equity relationships between portfolio companies and the Fund Manager, working closely with portfolio management teams.
- Monitor all aspects of portfolio company financial and operational performance, and drive execution of the business plan agreed between the Fund Manager and the portfolio company.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports and assessments to the Fund Manager.
- Understand all business implications of any legal documents between portfolio companies and the Fund Manager.
- Research industry information relevant to portfolio company risks and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering or other quantitative field. MAC or MBA highly desired.
- 10-15 years of post-graduate experience required.
- Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to analyze and generate financial statements.
- Experience as an active participant monitoring obligor performance and stability.
- Successful completion of a formal credit training program at a commercial bank a plus.
- Exceptional Excel and modeling skills.
- Strong written and Oral communication and presentation skills.
- Team-oriented individual with the ability to work independently.
