Senior Restructuring Manager recruitment
This is a loan and property workout role which will exclusively focus on the existing property book. This is a permanent role offering a very attractive package to the successful candidate.
The Role:
- Responsible for the management of a portfolio of existing property loans.
- Analyse and rank exit and restructuring options.
- Implement approved credit strategy across your portfolio and manage the loans to ensure compliance with same.
- Ensure that all deals are being managed on a daily basis by overseeing covenants, interest collection etc.
- Liaise with external service providers e.g. valuers, surveyors, lawyers etc.
The Candidate:
- Must possess strong knowledge of the UK property sector.
- Have extensive restructuring experience.
- Demonstrable ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
- Must possess a third level qualification as well as ideally holding an accountancy qualification.
- Proven ability to analyse financial statements, cash flow projections and to perform stress tests.
- Excellent presentation skills.
