Senior Retail Claims Assessor recruitment

Our client, a brand leader in the Life Insurance sector, is looking to recruit experienced Senior Life Claims Assessors to join their Retail Risk teams. The roles represent the chance for talented industry professionals to take the next step in their career and be able to develop within a progressive environment with excellent resources and newly created extra administration support.

Reporting to the duration Team Leader, the roles require the ability to assess a portfolio of IP, TPD and Death claims with the experience to manage claims promptly and professionally. Due to the size of the team, flexibility is available on preferred durations and technical caseloads, depending on skills and current availability. Already working in the sector, you will understand the nature of such a career opportunity and the chance to take your career to the next level.

Key skills for success in the position are:

- To provide excellent customer service within agreed service standards and develop good client relationships.
- To liaise with associated persons such as medical practitioners, advisers, solicitors, accountants, investigators and rehabilitation consultants.
- To work effectively in a team environment, share information and provide support to other team members.
