Senior RFP Specialist – Leading Alternatives Investment Manager; New York recruitment

As a Senior RFP Specialist the candidate will be responsible for aiding the sales team in their asset raising efforts and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service in response to any query. The main responsibilities will include:
• Writing, producing and updating a range of due diligence documents, including RFPs, bios, organisation summaries and fund descriptions
• Assisting the sales team with investor queries and liaising with third party distributors
• Ensuring that RFPs meet the requirements of the compliance unit
The suitable candidate for this role will likely demonstrate the following:
• A thorough knowledge and understanding of the alternatives space
• Recent similar experience in a top investment manager
• Good writing and editing skills along with a demonstrable ability of managing information
• A good understanding of asset management and the financial markets
