Senior RFP Writer – German Speaking recruitment
Role Responsibilities
• Play a key role in both the acquisition of new business and the retention of valuable exiting business, through the completion of RFPs and other written client requests
• Work with internal stakeholders to articulate investment philosophy and processes of key capabilities and funds in the Global Asset Management business
• Develop insights into those of competitors operating in the same space; and delivers high-quality RFPs on selected products and capabilities to support the Asset Management Regional businesses (EMEA)
• Accountable for writing accurate, compelling and client-focused RFP responses
• Keeps central database (RFP Master) up to date on standard questions in expert capability/product set, including uploading and maintaining local product details
• Work closely with local business heads and senior sales personnel, including Consultant Relations team, Investment team, Product team, Client Propositions, Sales Infrastructure and Compliance and Risk
Background Experience
• A demonstrable track record in producing written content in both English and German from within an Asset management business
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels and across the Region
• Strong investment writing skills/credibility with investments/product and sales teams
• understanding of investment philosophy process, investment products and financial markets and the ability to apply this effectively to client materials
