Senior Risk Analyst – Leading Hedge Fund – London recruitment
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Accurate and timely monitoring, analysis and reporting of the Fund’s and Managed Accounts’ portfolios against risk limits.
- To represent Risk Management in meetings with investors and potential investors.
- Perform the daily risk tasks via the Risk Manager in a timely and accurate manner.
- Timely and accurate production of reports.
- Timely and accurate maintenance of margin parameters, regulatory limits, broker limits and client risk limits.
- Ongoing counterparty risk analysis of the Funds’ service providers, including prime brokers and clearing brokers.
- To identify areas for development in the risk management tools for management and client reporting purposes.
- The maintenance of the Company's risk management operational procedures.
Person specification:
- Qualification in Finance or Statistics.
- Proven knowledge of risk models.
- Proven analytical skills.
- Market risk experience and product knowledge of futures and equities.
