Job description
As Senior Risk and Compliance Manager, you will report directly to the CEO, and be responsible for creating a compliance framework from scratch for this newly established entity. Key Job Description:
Senior technical and fiduciary role
Interfaces with regulator and Chief Risk Officer/Chief Operations Officer of fund management clients and management companies
Establishing the operational and compliance framework
Assessing regulatory change and evaluating business impact
Ensuring operational procedures reflect legislative and regulatory changes
Ensure local legal risk and compliance policies are aligned with bank group policies and procedures
Ensure the overall operation of the client duties and obligations are compliant with the fund constitutional documents
Who we are looking for
You have substantial experience at senior risk and compliance manager level within the banking industry, including demonstrated success in a similar role.
You have extensive experience in establishing the operational and compliance framework in depositary banking business.
You possess extensive knowledge of the regulatory framework and operational components of the Luxembourg Depositary Banking industry
You speak fluent English. French is a strong advantage
You ideally have experience dealing with the Luxembourg regulator.
