A dynamic and high profile team is seeking an experienced credit risk manager with Corporate Cash flow Rating Model experience to join the Corporate Modelling team working across both the Corporate and Wholesale Bank and covering a variety of sectors from SME to Large Corporates.

As a Manager in the Corporate Rating Model Development team your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

Degree level education in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Mathematical Finance, Economics or Engineering; Postgraduate qualification/PhD would be preferable
Previous experience of corporate rating model development and exposure to Basel regulations within Financial Services is essential.
Proficient in use of SAS or SQL
Ability to communicate, in a confident, structured and coherent manner.
Experience of interpreting and writing technical documentation

As a Manager in the Corporate Rating Model Development team your main responsibilities will involve:

Plan and prioritise the activities of the team in relation to the development and maintenance of Corporate rating models.
Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders and model owners.
Use mathematical / technical skills to provide quantitative analysis and support to senior management and risk departments within the business.
Create and build corporate models and rating techniques - involves blend of both hands on activities as well as provision of guidance and expertise to other members of the team
Present relevant reports and models to Risk committees
Produce accurate analysis and reporting of risk information

Location: The role will be based out of London (Triton Square), but there is flexibility to work from a different location a few days a week
