Senior Risk Officer
Highly numerate individual with strong analytical skills and sound credit risk experience sought by this West End based international bank.
This is a broad ranging role, predominantly to cover credit risk and offering some exposure to operational risk. A good understanding of the UK regulatory environment is essential and previous experience will include managing risk frameworks within a banking environment. The successful candidate will work as part of the wider risk team managing the risk frameworks across the bank. This will include producing initial risk assessments for new products and initiatives, producing risk management reports and undertaking work within a regulatory context. This is a key role with responsibility for the creation of risk reports, to include ICAAP, Pillar 3 and ILAS and the implementation of risk policies.
Additional responsibilities will include credit analysis and administration, assisting in the maintenance of Credit Policy Guidelines and continuous monitoring and updating of the bank’s business continuity plan.
Working within a small but expanding organisation the successful candidate must demonstrate a flexible approach, strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively within a global organisation.
