Senior Risk & Quality Manager
A well known and highly successful professional services firm are looking to strengthen their Risk and Quality team with this Senior Risk Quality Manager contract. This is a key position that will require liaison with company Partners and consulting staff with a focus on Energy Utilities, Mining, and Drilling sectors. You will play a support role working directly with the Risk Quality Director, providing risk and quality advice to Partners and Directors working across the above sectors.
Essential Requirements:
-A strong understanding of the role of risk management and quality for business progression.
- Experience in a support or consultative role, showing ability to analyse documents whilst giving accurate advice.
-A track record of working in a compliance culture and an understanding of Risk Management principles and rules in such a culture.
-An understanding of the pressures and motivations of client facing colleagues.
-Effective communication and presentation skills.
-Excellent project management skills.
-Good interpersonal skills to support working with colleagues and clients.
Desirable:
-Experience of working in and or with the above mentioned sectors.
