Senior Risk Specialist recruitment
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead / support risks initiatives; design to improve the management of physical risks area.
• Manage implementation of Enterprise Risk requirements, incident investigations and regional post implementation review of new activities.
• Responsible for production of global operational risk reports
• Development and implementation of risks management programs.
• Assisting in annual risk reviews, as well as summarizing the findings for the view on risk
• Ensures appropriate risks and mitigation plans are identified and managed appropriately
• To handle ad-hoc market risk related system projects and system impact analysis such as interfaces to middle office system, UAT on quarterly upgrade.
• To liaise with front office to implement enterprise-wide stress testing
• Take a lead role in identifying and leading special projects designed to further the capabilities of the Credit team; systems or process enhancements, development of more advanced analytics tools, etc.
• Accountable for initiatives to improve regional risk infrastructure and work processes
Requirements:
• A good Bachelors / Masters’ degree qualification
• Minimum 7 years of experience in risk management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Technical proficiency and sophistication in understanding complex strategies
• An in-depth understanding of Operational, Market and Credit risks of trading activities
• Ability to work under high pressured or fast-paced circumstances
• Innovative mindset with strong business acumen.
