RegScan is seeking an experienced sales professional for a highly-flexible, self-managed inside sales environment. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and is self-motivated and metrics-oriented.
Working as a RegScan Senior Sales Account Executive you will be responsible for generating new business, account penetration, account retention, and account growth within a geographic territory.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities include:
§ Develops new business within assigned account base and closes sales quickly.
§ Sells Environmental Health and Safety Internet Compliance solutions to Fortune 1000 businesses and the energy sector.
§ Identifies data needs with a thorough understanding of customer business operations and effectively develops solutions to meet the needs of the client.
§ Utilizes live solution selling techniques over the phone, via webinars, and face-to-face with clients.
§ Drives business to most cost effective fulfillment channel and maximizes most cost-effective channel options for sales fulfillment.
§ Builds and fosters meaningful business relationships.
§ Ensures high quality customer satisfaction and retention.
§ Occasional travel required (
§ Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and 2-5 years experience selling internet information products. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
§ Experience with internet regulatory product sales
§ Familiarity with environmental health and safety issues is preferable
§ Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
§ Strong language and communication skills
§ Ability to speak and present information effectively and in a clear, concise and convincing manner
§ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
§ Ability to quickly learn new processes
Compensation and Benefits:
§ Competitive Base Salary starting at $40K, with commission earnings of approximately 7.5%-20%, based on sale
§ Health Care stipend of $232/month
§ Technology provided includes: business laptop, internet and phone line, cell-phone with data plan (provided for or reimbursed for)
§ 2 weeks paid time off, after 90 days of employment
§ Flexible, at-home schedule
