Senior Sales / Account Manager – Russian Speaking recruitment

Our client a leading Financial products Broker is keen to speak to strong Sales/Account Managers to join their Russian focused desk. The role will see you establishing new relationships expanding presence in the markets. Discretionary quarterly bonuses are offered as well as an excellent benefits package

Reports to:

Chief Operating Officer

Job Purpose;

Develop the Russian FX and CFD market; generating quality leads through marketing practice and converting leads through sales activities. Plan and devise business strategy to enhance local presence and expand client base

Main duties'

  • Establish new relationship with prospective clients and business partners, as well as maintain excellent client relationship
  • Expand the client base and local presence through marketing and sales activities
  • Respond to general client queries using Bold chat, telephone, email and Salesforce
  • Conduct market research to design appropriate marketing strategy
  • Managing projects   
  • Responsible for media buying and marketing strategy implementation
  • Budget forecast and control, perform cost and profit analysis 
  • Russian translations for website/documents

Qualifications;

Qualification relevant to the financial markets and investments from either UK or European arena

Essential skills;

Native Arabic speaker with excellent writing skills
Solid sales and business development skills
Strong business acumen, ability to design and implement strategy to outperform competitors
Strong research and analytical skills
Project management experience
Networking and relationship management experience
Budget forecast and controls

Knowledge of FX and CFD markets and derivative products
Knowledge of CRM systems e.g. Salesforce
Knowledge of MetaTrader 4 or 5

Desirable skills;

Experience of working in a dynamic sales team
Ideally you have CF30 or FSA Unit 1
