Senior Sales Advisor Job in Cheadle, Cheshire, North West UK

We have an exciting new opportunity for a talented sales executive to join the team at a prestigious debt management company in Cheadle, Stockport.

My client is expanding quickly and looking for exceptional talent who can quickly show potential in becoming top sales advisors.

The Senior Sales Adviser will be provided with warm by the company. You will be responsible for contacting all the customers allocated to you within a specified timeframe in order to sell financial solution plans and help reclaim money back owed to them. You will use a consultative approach to identifying what product would suit their needs and the deal with the call accordingly

Duties and Responsibilities;

·Contacting all warm leads as allocated to you within an hour of receipt

·In the event of having no warm leads, contacting historic data

·Achieving daily weekly and monthly sales targets as specified by Manager

·Identifying all relevant information relating to the customer’s circumstances.

·Checking that you have got the information of all current and historic loans/credit cards.

·Ensuring all questions on the Customer Fact Find are answered

·Ensuring all FSA regulations are adhered to during the course of conversations

·Chasing payments if required.

You will be discussing an individual’s financial circumstances and any debt they currently have or have had in the past; so a high level of discretion, maturity and credibility is required.

·Experience in a fast paced sales environment

·Accustomed to working to targets

·Excellent communication and relationship building skills

·Accountability for your own work load and the quality of the work you produce.

·The ability to deal with customers and creditors in a courteous and professional manner.

·Able to maximise any sales opportunities

·Ability to think outside the box and identify a more effective way of dealing with situations.

Hours are 11am – 9pm Monday to Thursday and 10 – 2 Friday 40 Hours (1 hour lunch Mon to Thurs)

In return we will offer you a basic salary of 18k OTE 40k+ Also on-site training to develop your sales career.
