Senior Sales (asset management for distibutors) recruitment

The Senior Sales Professional is responsible for growing assets under management by selling AMUNDI products and developing customer relations within the framework of the marketing strategy such as defined, notably as regards profitability.

To succeed in your mission, you are responsible for:

- Building strong relationships with key decision makers within your account base.

- Maintaining existing partnerships as well as developing new business in Nordic countries emphasising customer loyalty and profitability.

- Participating in the development of dedicated solutions for major financial players.

- Identifying and negotiating distribution agreements with new partners

- Building an excellent working knowledge of products to ensure sales pitches are informed and cohesive

- Contribute to AMUNDI-wide initiatives and brainstorming regarding marketing policy.

You will be involved in senior level relationship management, products demonstrations, sales closing and contract negotiation. You will also work collaboratively with all functional peers (portfolio managers, product specialists, marketing…).

This role is based in Helsinki and will be a great opportunity for a dynamic sales professional with experience of selling financial products to distributors.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of sales and account management with a proven track record of achievement.

- Experience of distributors in the Nordic countries

- High competence in delivering product presentations and managing client relationship.

Skills

- Strong commercial awareness. Ability to motivate and influence key contacts and decision makers

- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills and strong team spirit required

- A solid understanding of financial markets and asset management

- Must proactively own the entire sales process.

- Good organisational and motivational skills, including ability to work as a team

Languages

Swedish and/or Norwegian speaker plus fluency in English
