Senior Sales Consultant recruitment

The Job Purpose:

1.To promote cash and trade business for local banks in Korea and abroad working closely with FI Team.

2. To manage sales and customer service under TB Banks, ensuring them to align with the Bank’s strategy.

3. To have personal client ownerships with key banks.

4. Manage/Monitor country credit limit to maximize non-credit revenue.

5. To minimize the Bank’s risk and to manage TOE/NFR ratio.

6. To establish sales strategy of Inbound Cash/Trade Business

7. Risk Management: To fulfill day-to day operations thoroughly to prevent from any defect or exception which could be pointed out by supervisory authorities, group and internal audit, risk management (CAM) assurance, KCSA inspection, or any special command

The Key Responsibilites Are:

*To Maintain current business and aquire and strengthen new businesses
* Increase client base of segments: New client acquisition
*Set up sales strategy based on market situation and the Bank's overall strategy
*Understand new customer needs find out solution
*Liaise with FI Team and other booking center RMs to meet specified customer requirements and to provide responsible services
*Leverage international work to grow incoming payments
*To support the FI Team in meeting performance and revenue targets
*Maximize the effectiveness of country limit usage to promote non-credit business
*Closely liaise with FI Team to identify and aquire new clients
