You must have prior success selling complex solutions to top executives and management in a competitive or resistant market. Your track record demonstrates your ability to build and manage a pipeline of new business as well as the capability to grow and expand existing clients. You excel at networking, finding and closing business, and have excellent listening and analytical skills. You thrive in a fast paced environment and you treat your assignment in an entrepreneurial way – taking ownership for growth and revenue. You must be highly motivated and willing to accept tough coaching and be held accountable to the agreed upon goals. You must be willing to travel at least 40% of the time.
