ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Sales Manager will:
• Drive sales across a wide list of key clients as well as generate new business from prospects
• Conduct storytelling product demonstrations that highlight the value the solution brings to the client
• Consistently deliver sales targets every quarter
• Guide the expansion of comScore’s analytics solution suite across all industry sectors, including publishers and advertisers
• Develop solid, strategic relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts as well as internal account relationship stakeholders
• Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business and demonstrate how the comScore analytics suite can assist them to achieve their business objectives
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record of success with enterprise software sales; client-side experience a plus
• 5 years minimum direct experience with enterprise software solution sales required, with sales of web analytics software and services strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of web analytics as well as primary and secondary research and how this information can be applied to help client’s to achieve their goals
• Familiarity with page tagging and census data collection methods
• Direct experience selling enterprise software services as a solution suite is a big plus, particularly as these solutions can be integrated with applications such as e-mail marketing, CRM, search keyword management, performance measurement, etc.
• Experience with hosted solutions in selling software as a services (SaaS), specific to the analytics space
• A relentless work ethic and a desire to learn a new skill set, develop additional expertise and create the future of digital business analytics
• A market research background is a big plus
• Established contacts and relationships within the industry a strong plus
