Senior Sales Director: Canada recruitment

We have an excellent opportunity for a senior sales professional with strong relationship building skills, which will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue of our Investment Only platform in Toronto. Working closely with the Head of Asset Management Canada, this candidate will be responsible for securing new asset growth from our existing advisor partners as well as developing relationships with new advisors throughout the assigned territory.
Summary of essential job functions :
- Develop and maintain senior relationships with our advisor partners across the Toronto area.
- Work with distribution partners at a strategic level to achieve assigned asset targets.
- Clearly and effectively present SEI investment solutions to variety of audiences
- Create, manage and execute a strategic sales plan
Requirements:
- A proven track record working with distribution partners on a strategic level.
- Outstanding relationship management skills with a proven track record in developing new business both within existing and new accounts.
- Demonstrated achievement meeting asset growth targets
- Will have a proven track record working with distribution partners (IFA relevant) and ideally will have exposure working within an asset manager.
- Superior communications skills are pre-requisite both written and verbal as are outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Must have a strong work ethic, be focused and committed to success and be willing to travel extensively.
- CFA or advanced degree preferred
