Senior Sales Engineer

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Technical Sales is an integral part of the sales process providing pre-sales technical solution and presentations, and subject-matter expert who works closely with sales account managers to build customer relationship and prospects by demonstrating how a proposed technical solution meets and exceeds customer requirements. Technical Solution Sales will who focus on technical solution, design and present end to end technical solution to customers based on deep understanding of their business development and Huawei product portfolio.

The Senior Solution Sales Engineer will take charge of IP products and solutions expansions in important and challenging markets. They will be the leader and main contributor of the IP products and solutions in regional level projects.  The Senior Solution Sales Manager will make significant contributions in the generating new leads, solution development, project operation, advancing competition and increasing department profitability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

Education and/or Certifications/Licenses:

Minimum:   Bachelors in Electrical Engineering; Telecommunications Engineering; Computer Engineering;    Computer Science 

Preferred:  Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering or; Telecommunications Engineering; Computer Engineering; Computer Science (CCIE PREFERRED)

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Minimum:  5 years of industry experience

Preferred:  8 + years of sales engineering and/or technical engineering

SKILLS:

Minimum: 

Preferred: 

- 5+ years : Prepare IP test requirement and test scheme by analyzing, decomposing, modeling, and refining  customer requirements.
- 5+ years: Perform  IP device integration test, certification test, validation test.
- 5+ years: Design IP network solutions and connect requirements.
- 5+ years: Working knowledge of IP Network Protocols
