Senior Sales Executive

Our client is a respected Financial Services Consultancy Firm specialist in Capital Markets. It works with Tier 1 banks and leading financial institutions to deliver strategic change initiatives for Front to Back office technology and operations improvement. Due to success and growth, it is seeking to hire a senior sales executive who will generate new business as well as manage existing accounts and client relationships.
Currently working on new business development for a capital markets consultancy firm or solutions vendor, the successful candidate will have a successful track record of meeting and exceeding their sales targets. You will be a ‘hunter’ of new business and enjoy cultivating new client relationships while becoming a trusted advisor and supplier of choice for technology and operations improvement consultancy services. Your sales experience may well be combined with a background in capital markets consulting as a delivery consultant.
The successful candidate will have experience of the following:
- Selling consultancy services or solutions in the capital markets sector
- Planning and executing sales activities from prospecting, qualification, pipeline management through to successful completion
- Coordinating internal resources required to support a team-based and consultative sales process
- A proven track record of over achieving sales quotas selling consultancy and/or professional services
- Good network of contacts in leading investment banks
- Excellent and demonstrable sales skills
You must have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must display a willingness to work in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment and a consultative personality with strong inter-personal and core sales skills.
