- Established 2007
- On target for £13m turnover this year (£11m last year). Have experienced year on year growth since 2007.
- Partner with Global Switch and Easynet for Hosting
- Key tech partners are Microsoft (Gold), Cisco (Premier).

YOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING- Senior Sales Executive

- Sold any services in IT (Consultancy, Professional, Managed, Support, Outsourcing, etc.)
- Smart, professional, clean cut
- Dynamic and Hungry
- Open on Technology backgrounds, although Microsoft experience (SharePoint, Dynamics, Lync, Exchange, Office Suite, InfoPath, etc.) is a bonus.

ROLE INFORMATION- Senior Sales Executive

- 100% New Business Sales role (Supported by Telesales, Marketing Events). You retain your accounts for up to 6 months and then pass over to the account management team.
- You will be selling across the companies full portfolio of services and solutions which include;
- Outsourced IT Support (Remote Monitoring/Support)
- Business Solutions around the Microsoft stack (primarily Collaboration CRM)
- Trading Systems (Latency Management Systems, Trading Networks, CoLo)
- Networking Infrastructure (Managed Hosting, Virtualisation, Security, Routing Switching, Managed CoLo, DR BC)
- Unified Comms (Video, IP Telephony, Messaging, Mobility, etc.)
- Deals can be Managed Services or Project Based.
- Managed Services deals range from £50k to £1.2m PA with the average being £100k PA. Projects range from £1k to £500k with the average being £100k.
- Key verticals are Finance, Architects and Private Education. They are now looking to push more and more in to Professional Services companies across the City. All that said, you can sell to anyone with a need and you'll be targeting 250 to 1000 seat companies.
- You will target C-Level down to IT Directors and Marketing managers.
- Targets will range dependant on your level and experience. As a gauge, at £50k basic you would carry a £35k GM PM target, and at £70k Basic you would carry a £45k PM GM target. You carry a monthly threshold which is your basic salary divided by 12, so at £50k it would be £4167 and at £70k it would be £5833. Commission is paid above Threshold and the % you get depends on the margin level you attain in the deal…
- Below 13% Margin level you get 4% of GM
- 13% to 15% Margin level you get 6% of GM
- 16% to 20% Margin level you get 10% of GM
- 21%+ Margin level you get 6% of GM
- Average margin for services is 54% and average for tin is 15%.
