COMPANY INFORMATION

- Established in 2001, rapid growth to £100m turnover worldwide in 6 years!
- U.S owned organisation with 1000 employees worldwide.
- UK is small by comparison but growing, Turnover is circa £20m with 130 employees.
- They have no plans to float and they are privately held.
- They have recently acquired further offshore delivery capabilities with another Indian offshore centre with 130 staff.
- Key competitors are Atos, Accenture, Edenbrook, Ciber, EMC Conchango, etc.

YOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING

- Sold Application Development Services (Ideally Agile Methodology)
- Must have a proven track record in new business sales and account development
- Experience of £500k+ deals
- Able to converse at CIO Level

ROLE INFORMATION

- This is a new business sales role managing your accounts as you win them
- You will be selling Bespoke Application Development services. They can build their clients any software solution in accordance with their specific requirements. They use agile software development methodologies around traditional Java and .NET but they are also pioneering the use of languages such as Ruby and Python as they are much faster to work with.
- Examples of these solutions include a project completed for DIXONS where an application was developed to solve business issues around ecommerce/supply chain/ERP. They also completed a focussed marketing solution for The Guardian.
- Sales cycles typically take around 3-5 months and they are mainly sold to technical points of contact from C-level down.
- Average order values are £250k - £1m.
- You will have assistance from outsourced lead generation, you will also have the leads from the many conferences and networking events they get involved with.
- Targets in this role will be around £2 million sterling or two big new accounts
