Senior Sales Executive / Account Manager
My client is currently looking for a target driven and tenacious Senior Sales Executives/Account Manager. You will need to have proven sales experience within Field Sales or Marketing within the I.T. or Telecoms industry. You will need to be target driven and money motivated. The successful candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and hold strong sales and negotiation skills, must have exemplary attendance and punctuality. It is very important that you are a 'people person' and good at building and maintaining relationships with customers. This position will require you to be able to multi task and to get relevant information back to the customer quickly. You will need to hold a clean driving licence as you will be required to visit customers on a regular basis.
You will need to have 3-5 years Field sales or Marketing experience.
Main roles and responsibilities for this position -
Lead and execute professional sales campaigns into target organisations.
Identify and target key decision makers.
Develop project proposals.
Prepare and lead presentations to board level if required.
Lead structured responses to ‘RFI’ / Tenders.
Responsible for account management, account development and account maintaining of
nominated accounts.
Internal management and client management.
Maintain business relationship with prospect accounts.
Each salesperson will be allocated accounts or will work with accounts.
Advise and manage client campaign expectations and objectives.
Manage implementation from campaign concept through to delivery and successful execution.
Advise clients all aspects of my client's Marketing Services mix to achieve client objectives.
Manage all aspects of client accounts including retained business plus seeking new
revenue opportunities within client base.
Achieve quarterly targets as set by Sales Director.
Revenue and MBO based.
Review weekly reports from Campaign Team to ensure progress is as expected and inline
with client expectations.
Manage any necessary escalations and make recommendations to achieve objectives.
Develop B2B campaign proposals, ideas and strategies.
Responsibility for client project spend.
Developing campaign documentation inclusive of proposals, agreed deliverables and call
Scripts.
Basic Salary up to £30K depending on experience
OTE - £60K
Hours 08:30 – 17:30
(Additional hours may be required due to workload)
