Senior Sales Executive – E

The successful candidate will design, implement a sales strategy and effectively manage the sales cycle to include: lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, business development and closing sales. You must have an entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, passionate and approachable. You must be able to work independently and be willing to take a hands-on approach to meet service expectations of the customer.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Sell an E-Trading Fixed Income, Equities and Derivatives Market Gateway product.
• Develop and manage relationships with Tier 1 investors such as broker dealers, hedge funds, utilities and banks.
• Identify and develop strategic channel partner relationships.
• Network at industry events to uncover prospects.
• Champion business activities that increase customer satisfaction.
• Utilize strong lead generation capabilities (including cold calls) to successfully penetrate client organizations.
• Provide consultative support to ensure that the client leverages all products and technology solutions / services as effectively and efficiently as possible.
• Develop profitable and serviceable relationships both internally and externally.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:
• Proven financial services sales experience (7 years plus) within e-trading fixed income, equities and derivatives and market gateway
• Strong industry knowledge within the financial services markets
• Demonstrated history of successfully managing client relationships including Tier 1 Banks, Brokerages and Hedge Funds.
• Strong listening, questioning, positioning, and presentation skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proven ability to effectively resolve issues in a timely manner.
