ROLE INFORMATION

- Our client was founded in 1998 by a group of New York University faculty members. The CEO envisioned an IT Infrastructure that would automate the mundane IT tasks and allow engineers to focus on IT innovation. The idea was to clone Engineers Brains! Now, our clients automated systems resolve 56% of all problems without human intervention, and they're at the cutting edge of IT management. Their services include Application Business Logic, Middleware, Database, Helpdesk/Service desk, IP Telephony, Operating System, Virtualisation, Storage, Network and more! They can host and manage any of these solutions for their client.

The vision for the company is that the infrastructure of tomorrow will be managed by their expert systems, and not people. In order to manage a client's infrastructure they implement their own system. This is basically a service management software solution which automates the mundane tasks. This is used at the frontend to give clients visibility on how to better manage there systems but ultimately this is a managed service offering. Clients will see a 30% increase in productivity by using their service. Our client have a 96% client retention rate! 1 in every 20 fortune 1000 organisations are clients (Comcast, Canon, Reuters, Avon, Icon, ING Bank, GAP, Tyco, Punch Taverns, Black Rock). They partner with the like of ATT, BT and Cisco in the UK.

Their key differentiators: Expert system driven automation, supporting hyper efficient workflow, with strict ITIL V3 alignment.

Competitive edge: 30-35% cheaper on average on like for like service offerings. This is because their system solves 56% of problems itself, so they require 56% less staff! 72 cents of every dollar they make is invested back into their support services and technology. Basically they can manage your entire IP stack from your network layer to your application layer (Comm's, Networks, Applications, Messaging, Windows, Security, Incident Management, Database, Helpdesk).

This is a new business sales role selling the above service/solutions. Targeting Blue-Chip clients horizontally. You'll be City based so Finance is a good place to start. Customers are charged on a Monthly Recurring Revenue basis. They have some clients who are paying 7 figures monthly!! Small deals start at £25k per month. AOV is £2-3m TCV.

Their biggest challenge is getting in to the front doors of customers, but once they're in they win! (92% of bids they were in they won last year).

Target is £75k MRR per qtr.

You will be selling at C-Level/Decision maker level.
