Senior Sales Manager (ED/MD) Business Process Outsourcing
Services include:
- Risk analysis and rating services
- Asset and liability servicing
- Derivative servicing
- Portfolio analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying target clients in Europe, leading the sales process, planning, coordination and closing servicing mandates.
- Conduct client research
- In depth preparation of client presentations and diligent after pitch/sales documentation
- Develop and pitch client solutions together with “solution architects”
- Maintenance of customer database and client reporting
- Continuous coverage of existing and new clients
- Identification of market trends; ongoing maintenance of target client list
- Active participation in “solution development and solution delivery”
- Presentation of business opportunities to respective committees for budget and deal approval
- Lead the sales process and close servicing mandates
- Build the firm’s brand and visibility within the financial servicing industry
- Cooperation with the firm’s strategic partners like HP or KPMG as well as external service providers
- Active participation in Business Development, cross functional or cross regional project team
Requirements:
- At least 7-10 years of professional experience, with a strong knowledge of the financial service industry
- Deal maker and absolute willingness to win mandates
- In depth understanding of either the banking, insurance or funds industry in Europe
- Market knowledge of asset, liability and derivative products
- Strong relationship building capabilities
- Self starting and entrepreneurial attitude, with hands-on approach
- Persistence and stamina even in difficult and protracted client pitches
- Ability to present internally and externally
