Role Summary/Purpose

The candidate will possess a strong work integrity and ethic and be capable of performing under pressure in pursuit of results. S/He will be mature and capable of commanding the respect of those with whom he/she comes in contact, both internally within the organization, and externally with his/her business contacts. He/she should be a down-to-earth, hands-on professional, with an approachable personality.

Essential Responsibilities

• 1. Annual planning of the Business Development activities and preparation of a business development plan in alignment with the business development targets of company
• 2. Evaluate product / solution/ pricing / sales strategy and propose adjustments, if required
3. Evaluate key indicators and market trends from macroeconomic market analysis and translate into local business opportunities. Develop the related proposals
4. Define market position and analyze strength / weakness / opportunities / threats profile to propose and implement market share improvements initiatives
5.Perform market analyses, evaluations and studies to derive recommendations / actions to enable End User Sales to grow the business
• 6. Leading, defining and driving the Company's sales growth by defining and executing the strategic and tactical plan for the territory;
• 7. Developing competitive advantage through intimate customer relationships;
• 8. Establishing a positive market image for the Company as the leading fuel equipment manufacturer;
• 9. Facilitating and orchestrating the necessary global resources to support the Company’s global customers;
• 10. Monitoring and controlling the sales expenses;
• 11. Developing and strengthening the sales team, providing mentoring and coaching to the sales team in the country as appropriate;
• 12. Formulating and implementing well disciplined major account penetration strategy and establishing a sophisticated sales management system.
• 13. Functional department coordination, influence.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 1. BS/BA degree, and a MBA is preferred.• 2. Have strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills. T• 3. Must be an intelligent, polished, aggressive, result oriented professional with strong commitment to team-work. • 4. Entrepreneurial flair and a persistent approach in resolving problems. • 5. A strong passion for continuous improvement, high level of loyalty and integrity are also highly valued attributes. • 6. An ability to communicate with people at all levels is also critically important.
