Responsibilities:
Individual is required to perform the following duties and have the listed responsibilities within the operation:
· Manage Customer Service Representatives ensuring that quotes and order processing is performed in a timely manner and in accordance with company standards and procedures and that customer satisfaction is achieved.
· Perform all functions of a Customer Service Representative in the assigned region including quoting, order processing and execution, developing requisitions, and customer follow up.
· Evaluate and provide input to inventory (identify order processing errors that will affect inventory, identify obsolete material, set min/max levels etc.)
· Assist in resolving customer, vendor and shipping issues as required
· Identify, interview, evaluate and assist in hiring personnel as required
· Assist in conducting departmental personnel performance reviews.
· Assist in developing departmental annual budgets and monitor monthly
· Insure proper certifications are in place for department personnel as required.
· Arrange and perform training for department personnel as required
· Insure cooperation between other company departments
· Create distribute business-related reports as requested
· Assist Accounts Receivable Dept with collections
