Over the last 10 years our client has established their name as a leading independent intermediary servicing institutional clients. Originally an award winning equity derivatives team, they now have desks operating profitably across all asset classes.
They are looking to hire experienced brokers on any of their divisions who can bring complimentary clients e.g. hedge funds, traders at banks, pension funds etc.
They have greatly improved their research capability recently as well as having stat of the art infrastructure / technology which should enable you to transfer clients seamlessly.
They are particularly interested in commodity brokers, cash equity brokers and fixed income brokers.
You will be given plenty of autonomy and ultimately therefor your success is in your own hands.
Key requirements are:
• Proven track record of revenue generation
• Institutional client base
• specialist product knowledge in a particular asset class
• Proactive approach to client acquisition and retention
