Senior SAP Archiving Consultant Job

Purpose of the Position:

You will be responsible for implementing Open Text solutions utilizing Data and Document Archiving, Document Management, and/or workflow to help Open Text customers leverage their SAP implementation.

This position is for a senior SAP Consultant focusing on Archiving and document management solutions for SAP customers focused on Opentext product suite. The position is for a customer facing consulting position where the individual need to work on various customer projects that are based on OpenText product suite. This is a very technical oriented position and requires the candidate to be an expert in various archiving technologies and Document management scenarios in the context of SAP systems. Extensive experience with ABAP programming and SAP ArchiveLink is required.

Position Requirements: - Minimum 7 years SAP experience
- Minimum 6 years of SAP ABAP programming experience at least a senior developer level
- Experience with SAP Document Archiving or Data archiving is a must
- At least 2 project implementations on either Document Archiving and/or Data archiving for SAP customers
- Experience with SAP ArchiveLink functionality is a must
- Extensive experience in programming ABAP function modules, reports and experience in SAP data dictionary
- Experience in SAP functional areas such as FI, SD, MM, HR
- Consulting Experience at multiple clients
- Working with end-users to analyze requirements, design and deliver solutions to meet those requirements
- High degree of motivation and energy, ability to work independently and in teams to achieve client objectives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent business process know how
-Good technical knowledge of atleast any two of core SAP ERP module (FI, MM, PP, SD, HR)
- Familiarity with Open Text / Livelink/Open Text (IXOS) products a huge plus
- Experience with any Content Management systems for SAP is a plus
- SAP System Consolidation / Legacy System Decommissioning experience is a plus
- Expertise in SAP Business Workflow is a plus but a basic understanding SAP Workflow infrastructure is required
- SAP Netweaver Portal, WAS, XI, KM, BW is a plus
- Web technologies: J2EE, ASP.NET is a plus - Familiarity with operating systems such as UNIX, Windows
- Experience with Scripting: Perl or similar is a plus
- Experience with mySAP SRM, CRM, PLM, SCM, ILM, HCM is a plus
