We are currently seeking a Senior SAP Basis Administrator to be responsible for the technical monitoring, support and administration of the SAP system landscape including SAP ERP, SAP Business Warehouse (BW), SAP Strategic Enterprise Management (SEM), and TopCall Auto-fax. Responsibilities also include database administration of SQL Server and Oracle databases utilized within the SAP system landscape.

Key Result Areas:

Performance Monitoring, Tuning, Troubleshooting and Capacity Planning -To perform daily system monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting to ensure optimum system performance and minimal system downtime of the SAP system landscape.

Transport and Client Copy Administration - To administer the transport and correction system to ensure timely, accurate and authorized transports of system changes from development environments to production environment resulting in secure and reliable systems. Also, coordinate client copies as approved to ensure consistency of development and test environments.

Software Updates, Patches, Plug-ins and Upgrades - To perform the installation of SAP support packages, kernel patches, operating system patches, database patches, SAP add-on patches and software upgrades as required and approved to ensure the security and reliability of the SAP environment.

Backup/Recovery Administration and Disaster Recovery Support - To maintain the backup and restore configuration within the SAP systems to ensure timely and reliable backups/restores of all SAP systems. Also, ensure consistency between backup/restore procedures and disaster recovery procedures by preparing for and participating in disaster recovery tests resulting in a reliable disaster recovery program.

Documentation - To create technical operations procedures guides that effectively document all areas of the SAP technical landscape to ensure consistent maintenance and support.

Teamwork - To provide value as a team member or team lead in cross functional implementations while demonstrating interpersonal skills resulting in successful systems implementations.

Selection Criteria:

1.Minimum of 4 year of ERP, SAP R/3 (Enterprise) Basis administration experience; preferably for 4.6 or later. Demonstrated experience using the following SAP System Landscape Administration: SAP ERP, SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and SAP Strategic enterprise Management (SEM).
2.Minimum of 4 year of database administration experience; preferably Oracle and SQL Server..
3.Participation in a minimum of 1 full life cycle systems implementation.
4.Demonstrated experience using the following Operating System Administration: HP/UX, Microsoft Windows 2003-2008 and Linux.
5.Demonstrated ability to develop effective and innovative systems solutions.
6.Computer science degree desired.
