Senior SAP Programmer recruitment

 Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solution
 Identify, interpret, validate and documents customer requirements
 Analyzes, designs, develops, tests, maintains and supports the middleware layer for inputs and outputs both into and out of SAP applications
 Partner with peers when integrating functionalities across applications and/or modules
 Develop profiles and authorizations within the application
 Assist with system monitoring and tuning
 Troubleshoot programming errors
 Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
 Work self-directed and independently; Potentially act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
 Follow applicable AIG Standards, Procedures, Guidelines and Methodologies in the implementation and/or maintenance of finance applications

* 3+ years experience designing and developing the SAP PI components to integrate SAP and non-SAP systems
* Experience with ABAP and Java web dynpro components.
* Strong Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) fundamentals.
* Experience in integration of add-on/3rd party connectors with PI/ECC
* Experience with SAP BPM and/or MDM is preferred
* Experience with multiple PI implementations
* Performs detailed analysis of business process requirements and provides the appropriate system solution.
* Translates functional specifications into technical solutions.
* Sound knowledge of programming principles to write efficient, easy to maintain code
* Prepares comprehensive technical documentation including specifications, test conditions and test data
* Partners with peers when integrating functionalities across applications and/or modules
* Perform all facets of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
* Knows what satisfies customers and makes customer satisfaction a high priority for self and team
* Results oriented, and demonstrates a 'can-do' attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
* System Z experience a plus
