Senior Securities Sales Manager recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Build, manage and supervise the securities sales team to achieve strategic short and long terms goals
- Oversee recruitment and training process for the sales department
- Set targets and establish methods of reviews for both the team and individual representatives
- Identify business opportunities and penetrate into different customer segments
- Drive and implement sales initiatives together with internal stake holders
- Ensure sales activities and guidelines are complied with applicable rules and regulations
- Establish sales processes and a robust quality control program with systemic review
- Setting up a framework for gauging clients’ experience and handling clients’ feedbacks
Requirements:
- A university degree, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance and Law, and a minimum of 6 years experience in Finance industry with the latest 3 years gained from a managerial role within the brokerage industry
- SEC license for type 1 regulated activity is required and RO qualification will definitely be a plus
- Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills
- Highly effective, self-motivated and a team player
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must
- Knowledge in PC and word-processing for both English and Chinese (at least 30 wpm in Chinese)
