Senior Securitisation Financial Accountant recruitment
An opportunity has arisen for a contract hire within the securitisation team in the investment banking arm.
The role will cover responsibility for:
The accurate and timely preparation of financial statements for a series of Special Purpose Entities (SPEs).
Providing control and governance over the internal consolidation process for securitization vehicles originated by the Bank.
Managing relationships with various stakeholders including external (Auditors) and internal (Front Office) teams.
Candidates must stem from an investment banking background as a solid understanding of the reporting around complex instruments is required.
The candidate will:
Hold strong academic qualifications from A-level (or equivalent) footing.
Have an in depth appreciation of financial accounting standards most importantly IFRS.
Possess an experienced and detailed understanding of the securitisation market and understand the mechanics of typical securitisation vehicles.
