Senior Securitisation Sales Rep recruitment
Our client is a leading global provider of securitisation corporate trust services to the securitisation and debt capital markets origination market in Australia, and across the region.
This is a key, senior level sales position to promote the corporate trust securitisation business to originating banks, law firms and corporate clients directly.

The key responsibilities are:
- Meet and maintain regular contact with assigned clients, prospects and market intermediaries in designated territory/territories by engaging them in continuous, interactive, and highly personalized dialogue that drives Company revenue, customer satisfaction and strategic cross-referral opportunities; attend conferences all to achieve/exceed sales and revenue goals.
- Serve as the escalation point for new deals prior to commitment, where appropriate, and support internal legal and with applicable new deal procedures ensuring a coordinated client on-boarding hand off to the internal relationship management team; be responsible for generating and leading each opportunity through a sales cycle to a successful conclusion.
- Administer and finalize request for bid, request for proposal, analysis for and formulation of pricing proposals for new business transactions, including pertinent data capture. Utilize and update the internal sales database accurately and timely; liaise with Marketing to coordinate client and center of influence events and manage conference and expense budgets.
Key attributes and qualifications:
- Up to 6-8 years of progressive sales experience in capital markets products. Ideally with considerable experience within securitisation.
- Ideally Degree qualified, with further debt capital markets or securitisation experience preferred.
- Superior knowledge of financial services, capital markets issuances in particular, across business capabilities, broad and deep debt capital markets product knowledge, keen understanding of the nature of our competitor's products and capabilities, and be able to adeptly articulate our ability to deliver superior product and service globally.
- Ability to engage the highest level individuals and key senior level stakeholders and influencers both internally and externally at the CEO, CFO, Managing Director, Head's of businesses, business owners, key Partner level engagement in our intermediary relationships, in order to drive new business opportunities. Must have strong relationship building, ability to drive and probe.
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of prospect’s strategy and all pressures affecting a prospect by performing analysis of complex financial situations in order to propose the appropriate services to the prospect and the prospect's advisors, and position the products, services and solutions to best advantage; share market intelligence and prospect requirements as a means to enhance existing products and services to meet current and future prospect requirements.
Salary will vary depending on the depth of experience, but we expect from $140-165k + a generous bonus structure based on revenue growth.
