Senior Service Delivery Manager
Senior Service Delivery Manager is required to be on client site based in London - the company is based in Reading although you will spend most of your working time in London.
The Senior Service Delivery Manager (SSDM) is responsible for overseeing the service relationship with strategic client(s). The SSDM is a key resource to ensure successful service introduction (with our project team) of our on-site SOC services, aligning people, process and operational systems.
The Senior Service Delivery Manager will then coordinate the following activities on site at our client:
Manage incidents and relationships at a variety of levels both within Integralis and within client organisations and partners;
Carry out monthly service reviews and reporting to review incidents, scorecard performance, end of life issues and any new innovative changes to either the existing service or new technologies;
Oversee diverse and complex customer support issues;
Gain a strong understanding of customer support requirements and match the service delivery and development accordingly;
Provide a designated single point of contact responsible for the quality of services delivered to the customer.
Skills wise we are looking for SSDM's who have proven experience with the following:
• Proactive approach to delivering services
• Knowledge of information security
• Demonstrable evidence of effective problem solving skills in complex support incidents
• Negotiation and conflict management skills
• Excellent relationship skills - the ability to build positive relationships with clients technical and business personnel
• Excellent communication skills in written and oral presentation material
• Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities within virtual teams and multi-party environments
• Experience of working with strategic customers (FTSE 100)
• Service and/or account management experience
• Exposure to corporate executives and business critical situations
• IT experience in the service delivery management areas
• Knowledge of Service Management disciplines and an understanding of ITIL best practice
• Qualified to a minimum of ITIL Foundation
