Senior Service Delivery Manager recruitment
A leading multi-national company requires a Senior Service Delivery Manager to operate out of multiple sites based across Central London.
Role Responsibilities:
This role will entail management of around 40 other staff directly, you will be expected to face off to the business, helping to provide a first class service. Day to day responsibilities will include undertaking staff appraisals, oversight of new hires, some project focus work and an overall solid operational management strategy. Essential Skills Experience:
* Previous Desktop Support Management exposure
* Managed teams of 40+
* Very good knowledge of business infrastructure
* Willingness to travel across multiple sites
* Experience of managing high level projects
